Who we are

Haddad Studio is an art studio in the JAX area of Diriyah, Riyadh, running workshops and the Midad residency with Lam Al-Qamariya. This policy explains what data we collect through haddadstudio.com and the studio's WhatsApp number, and how we use it.

What we collect

What you enter in the site's forms: your name, mobile number, email if you add it, the workshop or programme you register for, and your answers in application forms.

Your messages to the studio's WhatsApp: the message text, your WhatsApp display name, and your number.

General browsing data: the pages you visited and where the visit came from (such as an ad or Instagram), through the measurement tools listed below.

We do not collect your card details. Payment happens in our Salla store, which may offer instalments through Tamara; each has its own privacy policy.

How we use it

To confirm your booking, send the payment link and workshop reminders, answer your questions, and contact you about the programme you registered for.

We send news about new workshops and events only if you agreed to it in the form, and you can stop them at any time by asking on WhatsApp or by email.

To measure how our ads perform and to improve the site.

The WhatsApp assistant

Messages to the studio's WhatsApp are answered by an automated assistant built on Anthropic's Claude model, which answers only from the site's information. Your message is sent to that service to produce the reply and is not used to train models. The studio team follows the conversations and handles anything that needs a person.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use service providers who process it only on our behalf: site and database hosting, Salla for payments, Meta (WhatsApp Business, and Facebook and Instagram measurement tools), Snapchat and TikTok for ad measurement, PostHog for site analytics, Resend for email, and Anthropic for the automated assistant.

We may share your name and number with our partner Bayt Al-Thaqafa when a workshop is held there and attendance requires it.

Retention and your rights

We keep your data as long as it is needed to run the programme, stay in touch, and meet accounting requirements. You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or its deletion by WhatsApp or the email below, and we act on it within thirty days.
