About this workshop
An art and self-awareness workshop that traces what repeats in your work: shapes, lines and colours. We begin with exercises that show how we express our feelings, anger and happiness for example, through line, shape and colour. Then we review our artworks together, draw out their patterns, analyse them and understand why we repeat them. You leave with a map of your visual patterns and what they mean to you, and a clearer sense of what drives your choices in your artwork. It continues what we started in "How Do Your Beliefs Shape Your Practice?" and prepares for Tajseed on 31 October, where we move from patterns to the values and pains behind them.
