About this workshop
An experiential session that moves the practitioner's attention from observing the outside environment to observing their inner response to it. Through attention, natural breath observation, body mapping, writing and drawing, participants learn to tell a bodily sensation from a feeling, a thought and the urge to act. The session treats the inner world as raw material for artistic practice: something to notice, name and embody before interpreting or judging it.
